1. Overview

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by ReVolt Automation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to eligible products purchased directly from us through our website or authorized sales channels.

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

2. Warranty Coverage

ReVolt Automation, LLC warrants that eligible products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, ReVolt Automation, LLC will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product using new or refurbished components;
• Replace the product with an equivalent or functionally similar item; or
• Issue a refund or store credit up to the original purchase price (excluding shipping or customs fees).

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Conditions and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Improper installation, wiring, or operation outside of rated specifications
• Physical damage, misuse, negligence, or tampering
• Exposure to liquid, contaminants, or corrosive environments
• Acts of nature (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
• Unauthorized repair or modification attempts
• Software, firmware, or configuration issues
• Normal wear and tear of consumable components (relays, fuses, lamps, etc.)

ReVolt Automation, LLC is not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including, but not limited to, downtime, loss of business, or loss of data.

4. Surplus and Re-Certified Products

ReVolt Automation may sell surplus, new old stock (NOS), or re-certified industrial components.

These products are warranted only for functional performance as described at the time of sale.

Manufacturer support, factory warranty, or firmware licensing is not guaranteed.

All warranty claims for surplus or re-certified products are processed solely through ReVolt Automation, LLC under this policy.

5. Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please email support@revolt-automation.com with the following:

• Order number and purchase date
• Part number and serial number (if applicable)
• Detailed description of the defect
• Supporting photos or documentation

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by ReVolt Automation, LLC.

If approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product under a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Unauthorized returns or returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

6. Return and Evaluation

Returned items must be shipped prepaid and insured using a trackable carrier.

Upon receipt, ReVolt Automation will evaluate the product to confirm the reported defect.

If the item is found defective and eligible under warranty, repair, replacement, or refund will be processed promptly.

If no defect is found or the issue falls outside of this Warranty, the item may be returned to the buyer at their expense.

7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty represents the exclusive remedy for product defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReVolt Automation, LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall ReVolt Automation, LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
