1. General Policy Overview

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products sold by ReVolt Automation, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website and affiliated sales platforms.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Free Worldwide Shipping

We proudly provide Free Worldwide Shipping on all eligible orders unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

This offer applies to standard shipping services to most destinations worldwide. Expedited or specialized shipping methods may be subject to additional charges.

3. Processing and Handling Times

All orders are subject to a processing and handling period of one (1) to ten (10) business days prior to shipment.

Processing includes order verification, quality control, inspection, and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

We make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders promptly. However, we reserve the right to extend processing times under circumstances including, but not limited to, inventory shortages, supply chain disruptions, export documentation requirements, or quality assurance checks.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipments (United States): 2–7 business days
  • International Shipments: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or destination-specific logistics.

ReVolt Automation, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any governmental or customs authority.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking data may take up to 48 hours to activate following carrier receipt.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and coordinating directly with the carrier for delivery arrangements once in transit.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may be imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

ReVolt Automation, LLC shall not be liable for any additional customs fees, import delays, or local handling charges once the order has entered the destination country.

7. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer

All products are shipped F.O.B. (Free on Board) Origin, meaning title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment.

ReVolt Automation, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

All shipments include standard carrier insurance. Customers may file claims directly with the carrier in the event of loss or damage.

We may assist with documentation or claim support upon request at sales@revolt-automation.com.

8. Address Accuracy and Delivery Failures

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

ReVolt Automation, LLC shall not be liable for mis-deliveries, delays, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs or handling fees.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure to ship or deliver goods resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, wars, government actions, pandemics, or acts of God.
