At ReVolt Automation, LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and remains in its original packaging;
- The factory seals, labels, or tamper indicators are intact; and
- The item has not been altered, wired, engraved, or modified in any way.
Returned products must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Items that show signs of use, installation, or handling damage may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Return Authorization (RMA)
Before sending a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, please email us at support@revolt-automation.com with:
- Your order number
- The part number(s) being returned
- The reason for return
- Supporting photos, if applicable
Unauthorized returns may be refused upon arrival and returned to the sender.
4. Inspection and Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If your return is approved, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
If the item fails inspection (due to installation, tampering, or non-original packaging), it may be returned to you at your expense.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, traceability, or legal compliance, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Custom-engraved or made-to-order items (e.g., phenolic labels or custom panels)
- Software, firmware, or licensed digital products
- Electrical components showing signs of installation or wiring
- Clearance, “as-is,” or surplus items sold with “No Return” status
- Items lacking serial numbers, factory labels, or manufacturer packaging
6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Email: support@revolt-automation.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We will review each claim individually and provide resolution options, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please note that shipping damage claims must also be filed with the carrier. We can assist with documentation if needed.
7. Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment.
ReVolt Automation, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
8. Refunds for International Orders
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid are non-refundable.
ReVolt Automation, LLC cannot reimburse these fees, as they are collected by your country’s customs agency.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting support@revolt-automation.com.
Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the return terms stated above.
